After trying to sell our flat for a number of months we decided to go down the auction route. Using Brookvale was the best decision we could have made. We initially dealt with Josh who explained the process in detail. We received an offer shortly after and although he was on holiday, Josh responded immediately and put us in touch with Phil so not to delay the process. Phil was amazing! He took full ownership of the sale not just for us but also the buyer ensuring the whole sale was handled within a timely manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him and even assisted with obtaining solicitor updates throughout the entire process. When we completed, we found out the estate agents had closed for Christmas, Phil took it upon himself to meet us at the property to complete the key handover! We can't thank him enough for going above an beyond the standard level service you would expect. Thank you again!!!

I recently purchased a property through Brookvale Auction, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency. From the moment I expressed interest in the property, the team was responsive, informative, and transparent about all necessary details, including legal packs, auction terms, and timelines. I appreciated the level of communication throughout – any questions I had were addressed promptly, and I felt supported at every step. What stood out most was the smooth transition post-auction. Brookvale ensured that the necessary documentation and follow-up were handled efficiently, helping to minimize the usual stress that can come with purchasing a property through auction. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my experience and would confidently recommend Brookvale Auction to others considering buying or selling at auction. It’s a fast-paced environment, but with the right preparation and support – which Brookvale provides – it can be a very rewarding way to secure a property.
