Phil Roberts leads Brookvale with nearly 15 years’ experience in property and development, backed by strong relationships across estate agency, lending, and investment.
After years of supporting agents and funders with land and development opportunities, he identified the need for a more joined-up, solutions-led approach, which became the foundation of Brookvale.
Today, Phil combines market insight with a practical, client-first mindset, helping people unlock value through flexible routes to market across auctions, land, commercial property, and serviced accommodation.
With 15 years in the property industry and over 2,000 homes sold, totalling more than £150 million, Josh Field is a proven deal-closer. From £65k investment units to £2 million prime property, he understands how to position assets to attract serious buyers and secure strong outcomes.
At Brookvale, Josh focuses on realistic, investment-led auction valuations and matching properties with the right buyers quickly and efficiently. He manages the entire sales process from valuation to completion, ensuring deals are structured properly, priced correctly, and progressed without delay.
Julia Roberts joins Brookvale UK bringing over 25 years of specialist experience in New Homes, Land and Development. Having held senior roles at some of the UK’s leading PLC housebuilders — including CALA Homes, David Wilson Homes and Persimmon — Julia has an exceptional depth of knowledge across the full development journey, from land appraisal through to sales and marketing strategy.
Most recently, Julia spent eight years as Co-Owner and Director of Smart New Homes, where she led the Land and New Homes division, building a reputation for accurate valuations, commercial insight and hands-on client support.
Having been a silent partner in Brookvale UK since the business launched three years ago, Julia now joins full time alongside her brother, Phil Roberts, to help drive the next phase of growth. Her focus spans new build valuations, land appraisals, development consultancy and strategic marketing for new and luxury homes.
Nic Henry is the Property and Lettings Director at Brookvale, specialising in high-performing strategies that maximise cashflow for landlords and investors. Through a serviced accommodation model focused on professionals, relocations and insurance clients, Brookvale provides a proven alternative to traditional buy-to-let.
Brookvale also offers company lets and fully managed solutions for landlords seeking stronger, hands-off returns.
In addition, Nic oversees the sourcing of high-cashflow investment and refurbishment opportunities for both the Brookvale portfolio and private investors.
