How will my land be marketed?

We will only discuss the opportunity with trusted developers clients and only on an off-market basis, unless agreed in advance.

How much will it cost to sell my site through Brookvale?

Answer

We come at no cost to the land owner, unless agreed in advance we are fully retained by our purchaser clients and they pay our fee – which is always over and above the land value.
